Youth & Family Discipleship Team | Saint Patrick Parish is seeking faithful dynamic Catholics, full or part-time paid, to join our Youth and Family Discipleship (YFD) Team. The YFD Team is responsible for developing and leading programs that empower families and especially youth to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Programs include preparation for first Sacraments (Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation), family faith formation, middle and high school discipleship small groups, summer programs like Extreme Faith Camp, Vacation Bible School, Totus Tuus, mission trips, Steubenville Conferences, and other activities focused on the spiritual, personal, and social development of young people within the Catholic faith. Members of the YFD Team are called upon to build relationships with youth and adults. They recruit, train, and supervise adult and youth volunteers. They provide opportunities for families and youth to serve one another, provide hospitality, as well as work collaboratively as a member of the YFD team supporting one another’s activities. Custodial/Maintenance Staff | Saint Patrick Parish is seeking a full or part time paid individual to join our maintenance team. This custodian position is responsible for typical janitorial duties at our church and school. This person’s day will typically begin at the church, cleaning and setting up for a variety of programs. The second part of the day will be cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects at our school. In the winter, this position will include snow removal in the early morning or on weekends. Director of Hispanic Ministry | Saint Patrick Parish has an opening for a part-time Director of Hispanic Ministry. This individual will work under the guidance of the pastor and will collaborate with parish staff and volunteers to facilitate ministerial outcomes that align with the Parish’s mission and vision. This part-time position will be responsible for:

• Coordinating Spanish-language liturgies. | Recruit, train and manage volunteers (greeters, Eucharistic Ministry, lectors, announcements).

• Coordinating database of parishioner information for Hispanic families. | Translate, contact, and assist families as needed.

• Coordinating adult and youth discipleship and catechesis. | Promote and connect Hispanic adults and families to parish faith formation programs (sacramental preparation, OCIA, Youth Ministry, etc.).

• Coordinating publicity, promotion, and communication of parish programs. | Assist with publication of monthly parish bulletin, social media and website.

• Coordinating relationships with local partners in the community. | Facilitate partnerships with employers, non-profit organizations, and area churches to support the temporal needs of Hispanic families.

Requirements: Candidates must be fully bilingual Spanish – English. Fluency in English and Spanish conversation, reading and writing is required. Competency with social media and computer skills required. Public speaking, presentation (online, video) skills preferred. Present at the Church for all Spanish liturgies and faith formation opportunities.
