The S.M. Lorence Foundation will be awarding four $1,000 scholarships to qualified graduating High School seniors who are Alumni of Saint Patrick Catholic School in Hudson, Wisconsin. The award will be presented at a future Mass at Saint Patrick Parish.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this award you must:
● Be a 2026 High School Graduate
● Be an alumni of Saint Patrick Catholic School in Hudson, Wisconsin
● Be a student who will be pursuing higher education at an accredited four- year college, 2 year college, or vocational/technical school

● Competed and returned before or on July 27th, 2026
● Submitted to Mrs. Paulette Spafford via EMAIL or dropped-off at Saint Patrick Catholic Church Office at 1500 Vine Street Hudson, WI 54016
● Provide your contact information including full name, birthday, full street address, phone number, email address, and High School

On a separate sheet of paper, please answer the following:
Short Answer Reflections:
● Explain the importance of your relationship with God.
● Reflect on your time at Saint Patrick Catholic School and explain how it has shaped your life.
● Who is an adult that has impacted your personal development in faith and character? How has this adult helped to impact these areas of your life?
● Describe your educational plans after high school and explain how you intend to remain active in your Catholic faith as you pursue your future goals.
Service and Leadership:
● List your volunteer experience
● List your extracurricular activities and special interests
