St. Patrick Church Pastoral Council

Present: Fr. John, Sam Cari, Mary Seyer, Carrie Whitacre, Mark Sturino, Sr. Bernadette, Jeanne Darnold, Rick Reams.
Also present: Ken Schaefer, Mary Piasecki, Larry Huiras, Reg Klubeck, , Tim O‘Brien, Mark Nelson, Claire Zajac, Maureen Wegleitner, Dana McKenna, Erin Jones, Bev. Radermacher.
Prayer: Father John led the council in prayer.
Call to Order: Sam Cari called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.
Minutes: The minutes from the January, meeting were approved.
Calendar for March and April: The Council agreed that due to the calendar demands of Holy Week the council would not meet in March. It was further agreed that the council would meet on April 21 at 6:00pm to participate in the Leadership Roundtable with Dennis Cheesebrow.
Approval of Liturgical Catechesis Proposal: The council agreed that the Liturgical Catechesis proposal which was presented at the January meeting should be implemented as proposed by Faith Formation Director Larry Huiras.
Music Ministry: The council approved the six recommendations made by the members of the music ministry including listing the music ministry schedule in the bulletin each week and asked the Liturgy Committee to act on the list as soon as possible.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:20pm.
