March Minutes: Minutes approved; no action taken
Membership
recruitment – Mary will be including a note in the school’s Friday Folder
asking for interested candidates.
Students & Staff
Uniform survey – Preliminary
survey results were discussed by the committee. Final numbers as well as the
qualitative results (comments) will be studied at the June meeting.
Wellness policy –
The staff is currently looking at specifics to be implemented. The committee will review at the June
meeting.
All-Day Kindergarten
– topic tabled until next fall to allow the committee adequate time to conduct
thorough research.
Marketing – Tric
Pieper and Mary Piasecki presented brochure and folder ideas to the committee
and asked for member input concerning content.
Areas to be included are: Staff/ Community/School
Environment/ Spirituality/Service Learning/Facility/Special Events
Parish Administration will be consulted to ensure that all
parish and school marketing materials have a similar look. The new brochure
will be constructed this summer.
Environment
Safety – Entrance
chains for the 4th St.
playground parking lot will be installed over the summer. A gap in the back fence will also be
repaired.
Faith Community
Vacation Bible
School – Lisa Dumont will
coordinate.
Stewardship
The Education Committee reviewed Vision 2007 Goals:

Next Meeting: June 19 at 5:00. All meetings will take place in the St.
Patrick School Conference Room.
