Bibliography Formatting
BOOKS
When finding information for citing a book you will find it on the title page in the front of a book. You need to find the information listed below:
~ Author(s) (last name first, first name last…Smith, William)
-
Note: If there is more than one author, list up to three in the order the book lists them.
-
ONLY the first author is last name first and first name last, the other authors are listed normally with a common in between the authors…Smith, William, Margaret O’Brien, Thomas Miller.
~ Title of Article (for encyclopedias and magazines)
~ Title of Book
~ Publisher
~ City where the book was published
~ Date it was published… © Copyright
